CRESCENT TOP 3PLY CONVEYOR BELTS
Our range of crescent conveyor belts are constructed with three layers of spun polyester fabric to give a overall rating of 30kn working tension, this provides the ultimate tensile strength to convey larger grain loads.
We have the polyester fabric coated with a special polymers during construction which enhances the ply to ply adhesion and prevents delamination in extreme conditions.
The PVC compounds selected offer superior longer belt life in applications where oil resistance is required.
These belts can be joined by a overlap bias splicing method or by using a FLEXCO RS125 staple fastener in mild steel or stainless steel.
Overall thickness of 5mm allows greater flexibility for tube applications.

CRESCENT TOP SOLID WOVEN CONVEYOR BELT
Our range of solid woven crescent conveyor belts are constructed with a high quality spun polyester warp yarns that are interwoven and bound together with the weft yarns.
The fusing and high impregnation of this interwoven carcass offers excellent fastener retention, greater tear resistance and very low elongation when working under load.
The PVG compounds selected offer superior longer belt life in applications where oil resistance is required and low operation temperatures (-20F / -29C)
These belts can be joined by a finger splicing method or by using a FLEXCO staple fastener in mild steel or stainless steel.
